Free parking and a lovely garden pool area were great, but the bed was short.

the double room is elegant and impeccable.

The location was magnificent in quiet neighborhood. Moreover, it was close enough to leafy suburb, and the Jonkershoek nature reserve. They served savoury croissants and fruit.

Facilities were really comfortable, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The homey feel and gardens were beautiful, but breakfast could've had a bit more variety. Proud and Ilsebeth.

Friendliness of the staff. Superb room, large bed and lovely bathroom. A good choice of facilities such as: a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating. Free parking on site provided.

The walls were too thin. The creaky floorboards disturbed sleep, and the lack of a view from the terrace was a letdown.

i had a lovely stay with beautiful views from the garden and pool area while being just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the center of stellenbosch where i could discover landmarks like the stellenbosch museum and enjoy the scenic jan marais nature reserve nearby.

The van der stel manor offers a tranquil escape, with immaculate gardens and a good swimming pool. The freshly baked scones at breakfast were a standout, served with homemade jam and a lovely ambiance.

Just a reliable pick for a mini-vacation in Stellenbosch with good value for money. The garden and pool area were nicely maintained, perfect for relaxation. Take a walk to nearby vineyards for scenic views and good food options.

the bathroom was a bit cramped at times but the breakfast spread was incredible! loved the homemade jams, fresh juices, and the lovely ambiance created by the decor. location was super quiet yet super close to attractions.

The hotel is absolutely charming. The staff and manager are lovely and awesome. The facilities are fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with lots of dishes. The location is marvellous and gorgeous for exploring the area. The private garden area and pool provide a relaxed atmosphere. It's just a short walk away from a full winery.

The location of Van Der Stel Manor is ideal - close to wineries, in a leafy suburb, and near the center. The staff were well-trained and had a great attitude. The double room I booked online was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view.
